For the first time, we got engaged as a sponsor in our hometown Leipzig and support the legendary 23rd Bath Race organised by naTo on 12 July. On the market place around the huge spectacle, we will present us with an own LEICKE booth, where people can get to know us and our products. Of course, we care about our small visitors. We will do facepainting for kids and turn them into small pirates, lions and princesses.

Conditions of participation for Raffle

1. The organizer of the Raffle is LEICKE GmbH Leipzig.
2. The participation is free and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the raffle, the user accepts these terms and conditions.
3. The participation is open to all persons over the age of 18, who live within the borders of the European Union. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide LEICKE GmbH with proof of age and /or identity. Employees of LEICKE GmbH and their families are excluded. Each entrant shall be entitled to make a single entry only throughout the Raffle period. A noncompliant or repeated participation in the Raffle by the participant shall result in the exclusion of the same.
4. The Raffle starts on 1 July 2015 and ends with the draw of the winner on 24 July 2015.
5. The prize for winning the Raffle shall be an iPad Air 2 (64GB, WiFi) from Apple including a MANNA case for the iPad Air 2 by LEICKE.
6. There are two ways to participate in the Raffle: 1) by taking part in the picture competition on www.facebook.com/leickeuk from 1 July 2015 until 20 July 2015, OR 2) by taking part personally at the LEICKE booth at the “Badewannenrenen” on 12 July 2015 after the participation in a small guessing game concerning the LEICKE GmbH. Facebook participants will be sent their Raffle ticket number by e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned upon submission of entry.
7. In order to enter the Raffle each entrant shall submit their first name, last name and e-mail address for assignment and publication in case winning.
8. The winner will be drawn on 24 July 2015 by an employee of LEICKE GmbH according to the random principle.
9. The winner will be published on www.leicke.com and on www.facebook.com/leickeuk. The publication of the name is done anonymously using the standard "Max M. from L. with the Raffle ticket number XXX".
10. The winner has to contact LEICKE GmbH via e-mail (uk@leicke.com) within 14 days of notification stating the Raffle ticket number and his or her first and last name. If LEICKE GmbH does not receive a reply within this period, the Raffle ticket number in question looses validity and a new winner will be drawn.
11. The prize will be shipped by post. As soon as the prize was handed over to DHL, the risk is transferred to the winner. The company LEICKE GmbH is not responsible for shipping damage.
12. The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth. The winner has to accept any necessary changes to the prize, which are caused by other factors lying beyond the control of the LEICKE GmbH.
13. All decisions are final.
14. The LEICKE GmbH undertakes to observe the legal provisions on data protection. All personal information is used only in the context and purpose of the organization of the competition.
