Can I sell LEICKE products through my webshop or business?

Of course, yes. We offer special discounts for resellers, so you can offer our products at fair prices. Please get in touch with us to learn more.

How can I buy Leicke products?

Resellers have the opportunity to make purchases through our webshop. Our system displays net prices and automatically calculates bulk order discounts. To register as a reseller, please contact us. Please call or email to leickeuk@googlemail.com. To set up a reseller account for you, we require some information about your business and your VAT ID. Of course, you can also order by phone, by e-mail or fax.

Are there discounts for distributors / resellers / business customers?

We have set up a discount system for resellers. If you order via our online shop and log in with a business customer account, all discounts will be automatically included in the price. If you require more than 50 units of a product, please contact us directly so that we can make an offer that meets you needs.

How long does the delivery take?

Usually we ship orders on the same day we receive them, provided the order comes in before 3.30 pm. In Germany, we ship with UPS or DHL and the delivery time is one to two working days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time depends on the carrier. To most destinations in Europe it will be between 3 and 10 working days. For some countries, we offer shipping from local warehouses. In the latter case, shipping costs are lower and the goods arrive at their destination much faster.

I want to sell LEICKE products abroad

It is absolutely possible to sell our products abroad. We are happy about every new customer. In some countries, such as Japan and Italy, we even have local storage space, from which we can ship directly to you. Hence, we can keep the shipping costs as low as possible. There are a number of products in our portfolio, e.g. keyboards, for which we offer country-specific versions to meet the customers' demands. For more information, please get in touch. Do I have to sell the LEICKE products?

It is up to you how you use the products you bought and where you sell them. We have made it our goal to manufacture premium products and we hope that this level is maintained in the wider supply chain.

Can I return products if I purchased too many?

It depends on the situation (e.g. how long have the items been stored at your warehouse, etc.). Returning item and receiving a refund is possible in most cases. Please contact our business customer support for more information.

Can I become a LEICKE exclusive distributor?

Absolutely. However, the main prerequisite for this is that you will have to provide customer services yourselves. That means you will have to gove your customers the opportunity to exchange products.
